Parris Jewelers is Hattiesburg’s oldest Jewelry store. Locally owned and operated since 1947.

Parris Jewelers is able to better serve and assure you the best quality and service as well as the most unique variety of jewelry by being a part of the Master IJO (Independent Jeweler’s Organization) buyer’s group for the past 20 years. IJO also enables us to take an annual trip to Antwerp, Belgium, the diamond capitol of the world.

While in Belgium, we are privileged to personally choose from the diamond cutter’s hand which beautiful, rare diamonds are best for you, our valued customer. With our connections in Antwerp, Belgium, we offer the finest Diamonds at the most competitive prices. Also, by being a part of IJO we strive to follow a certain code of ethics in our business. Some of these ethics include honesty in earning your trust in our business and in your purchases.

Not only are we a part of IJO, but we’re also involved with MJA (Mississippi Jeweler’s Association) as well as Jewelers of America. Phillip Pitts, owner, is a past president of MJA. We currently have two members of our store serving on the Board of Directors with MJA. We have won several design awards with our custom made jewelry at MJA, as well as many other shows. Some of our designs have also won at national shows.
